He resolved the power crisis by privatizing meralco!!

To those who are so ignorant about President Ramos' term in the Philippines---It was the best time and one of the most peaceful era when Ramos was the President of the Philippines. I was in grade school going to highschool back then and I could say this--that RAMOS was one of the best President the Philippines ever had!!
