@1952kid yeah i saw that version of the documentary a few years back! look it was this and several other things ive read, watched and in fact seen, that made me a believer in this very real phenomenom....We are being lied to by the very Governments who are supposed to be here to protect us and guide us!! I just hope the TRUTH is gonna come out soon, because more and more people are realising its all lies they are telling us!!!!

Just look it up on Wiki - it's all been discreditted even by some of those who originally wrote books supporting the theory it was a UFO. A lot of the early cageyness on the part of the authorities was 'cos they thought there was Soviet involvement.

@jagara1 this material probably breaks at a very high temperature, like the explosion... it was too much pressure and so it broke and exploded.

The thing that will always get me is this: -
How in the name of hell does a major in the Air force.... in fact how would ANYONE ever mistake a weather baloon for anything other than a weather balloon?
People have said well '' Mogul was classified and no one knew about it ''... this is true BUT
Only its mission was classified, not the actual balloon. You would have to be a complete idiot not to recognise what a baloon looks like, sorry but I just dont buy it.
