JustiaGate: "It appears "Justia.com US SUPREME COURT CENTER" is now censoring various references to Minor v. Happersett. They are removing the case name "Minor v. Happersett" from other cases which quote Minor...AS TO THE CITIZENSHIP ISSUE."
Seriously skewing the Minor v. Happersett into a birther debate? Citizenship in Minor v. Happersett was defined and confirmed because Minor was born in the United States. The reason they denied her to be able to vote was because there was a constitution that said she couldn't vote. So why are we pulling the Minor v. Happersett Supreme Court case into a birther debate exactly? The only reason I could think of if this person didn't have a clue what they where talking about.
