  • Lose weight easily with new weight loss supplement . See details on my channel

  • hhmmm i dunno bout some of this advice...extra fats, salts, stimulants, soy, cereals and cheesesticks!? for the lazy person who is looking for a quick fix....stick to grapes with seeds/a couple of ripe bananas/citrus(vitamin c natural energy) and A HANDFUL OF SOAKED nuts. very important as too much fat impairs sugar/nutrient assimilation to cells causing high blood pressure and adrenal fatigue....drink plenty of water too!

  • The nuts should be unroasted and unsalted however. Roasted nuts are not great due to the oil in the nut being heated.

  • I agree with a lot of this, however, I think ironically enough she hasn't done her research.

The level of anti-biotics, chemicals, and hormones in dairy is escalating at an alarming rate. Soy is horrid for you, don't touch it(unless it's fermented). It reduces your bodies ability to absorb protein, and numerous minerals/vitamins.
