  • I use a pipe armature made of basic galvanized 1/2 inch pipe, screwed down to plywood with a base flange. I t's a kind of zig zag design that follows the angle of the neck. I apply the clay solid in the correct proportions. Carve in the features, refine alot, then let it sit. When it 's leather hard, I cut it off the armature to hollow.

    Fun!

  • that is awesome!! what did you use for the base to support it?? i want to do a morph of a lioness and a womens breast for my project, this really gives me an idea how to set up my piece. Thanks! :)

  • its plasticine? or watr based clay? magistral video ohhhhh!!!! great,,
