This song is intended to cause us have more affection on our environment & bring us to our spiritual connectedness with the Source.

In a world full of chaos from one end to the other, with diseases, sickness, wars & rumours of wars. A world full of competition, lust, jealousy, hunger, poverty & all other ills we can think about. We can rest be assured that there's still HOPE. We tried in several occassions with piece treaties but failed time & time again. We have to ask ourselves where has the world's moral volues gone to? where & when we lost it & how/what can we do to recuperate it & restore things to their original order once again?

Is it possible?
Of Course it is!
If the WILL is there, if the heart is at the right place, if we learn how to accept our faults & turn away from them towards a path of true fellowship with another, then I can foresee heaven on earth before the rapture.

Switchfoot did what I call an "Exeptional" ... The Blues is not like the blues tunes you've heard about on love & erotic scenes but rather a blues of Reckoning, an Awakening blues ...

Yes, my friend, the world is sure to cave in, as long as there are people who hate and seek to control others. But I honestly beleive that God's plan for us will prevail, that good will arise above all poverty, all wars, all chaos, all greed, and all self-righteousness, and that good, called LOVE, God's LOVE, will definitely prevail. Their must be wars and so on... it's the human nature... but we need good to see bad, it's just life. and if you believe in god, you probably believe that god aren't supposed to help us because he gave us a choice. and as a fact, god gives and god takes. it's just life. it's like every song ends. but you can still enjoy it right?
