Akman got a question...I'm swapping a turbo 5.3 into my 69 firebird, what pan did you use, and motor mounts? HELP me lol

@Yfz10r Cool! I used the GM Performance Parts Oil Pan sold specially for swaping LSx motors into older chevy cars. The GM Part number is 19212593. As far as motor mounts go, I just bought adapters off eBay which use the factory SBC 350 mounts and convert the spacing to work with an LSx motor. Hope this helps.

Edelbrock carbs are good for about a year then they start to break down, you should invest your money elsewhere. Like a Holley 750 Double Pumper

@MrBowtie95 Yup. I'm working on a LQ4 to drop in the car right now. Only this time I have a holley 750 on that edelbrock intake so hopefully it should be tons better. The edelbrock was a dog.
