A great coach recently said that the biggest problem with breaststroke is "the kick." THis confirms out belief that working on when and how you initiate the kick is a much bigger concern than most people think.

  • @jmorris214 Breaststroke is a very kick driven stroke. great breast swimmers take full advatage of all the speed they can get from their kick by having a very quick and explosive arm recovery (shoot) so there head and body return to the most streamline position as possible as they begin their kick

  • should your head be under water when the kick begins?

  • Thank you!!
