I was looking at these images on

and
http://rapidfire.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/gallery/?search=gulf+o+mexico&date=
and felt overwhelmed... The full screen view probably works best for reading NASA's text on these images.

  • Very sad and disturbing. I was under the impression NASA hadn't released any new aerial views of the spill. Of course thanks to the toxic dispersants the spill is much smaller on the surface than it really is. Thanks so much for posting this :o)

  • Thanks for sharing, I can't wait till they can stop it. They need to let the oil land on the beach if not it will cause more damage to the marine life.
