Are you people STUPID?? You can CLEARLY SEE she is trying to TURN AROUND due to the car blocking the road.. She's not trying to PARK.. Look at the direction of the cars.. One 1 facing to the right.. then in the middle of the road in front is a car blocking the road. She pauses.. Figures she will try and go around.. But can't because the camera car is blocking as well. So she tries turn around but the road is SO narrow.. you can see she's doing a turn.. Video turns off b4 she turns around..
