@LOraLeEt hat to the back was their style. most people expect females to be in tight jeans..or short dresses. but tlc was WAY different. they took the tomboy look and made it look SEXY!. hat to the back,BAGGY clothes..all of that. it was just THEIR style. and it showed they didn't care what people said about them.
