Sensitivity can be a part of any teeth whitening, it is not permanent or harmful, but for some it can be painful. You can use a sensitive toothpaste like sensodyne or colgate pro relief, before during and after and leave on at night and dont rinse. Or reduce the wear time of the strips, or leave gaps in between whitening sessions, Steve

What about the 3D Crest Whitestripes Gentle Routine?? You don't mention them, and thats the ones I bought... How effective are they?

@Newfie822 you can check our videos on our site crestwhitestrips.co.uk and there is another video on gentle routine here. GR work on a progressive basis like all CWS, X 5 mins for 28 days - they work just the same it just they take slightly longer - whitening your teeth back to their natural shade, whatever that was.
