I found out two weeks ago that my surragate grandfather was told he could die at anytime because his heart is getting worse. I just reconnected with him after 10 years and now I'm half afraid to answer my phone.

I just found out that the dr told my Grandma she doesn't have long to live.......her heart has been skipping beats and she hasn't been feeling good, shes 93...and we have recently been through a horrible family tragedy...We are afraid she won't make it much longer, and Idk how we are going to do this....I just don't know....Please Lord...Help us........Please....
