Notice how many times Emmert says "we." Turned out to be lies every time.

Tavis needs to "man up." Ask some hard questions; ask about other programs, ask about his own complicity in U. of Washington, ask about LSU---oh yeah, football isn't important there.

What Sandusky did was beyond foul , and justice should be served to him. But what the NCAA is doing is in no way helping those victims. The NCAA is punishing all the wrong people. More than a football scandal. It is a cultural scandal. Kind of a vague explanation but interesting choice of words.

carefully, remove it from public view (the Paterno statue) and move it to some museum as an iconic work, difficult to find, but preserved. I saw the statue and never thought it was that great of a work of art, but oh well.

all sports in general, so unfortunately, have become infested with obscene money, fame, fake commercial value. Penn State and other colleges/universities, is nothing more than a sports money machine, and worse, NFL farms. The entire system is corrupt, from NCAA through Pro.

At the very least the NCAA should posthumously ban Joe Paterno from college football (meaning take him out of the Hall of Fame).
