Recently federal bureaucrats added polar bears to the endangered species list from the Endangered Species Act of 1973, signed President Richard Nixon. The polar are not endangered as there are more polar bears now than there were fifteen to twenty years ago. They were added because of the hoax of man make global warming where it is believe the habitat of the polar bears may become threatened thus it may contribute to endangering the polar bears. This is just an attempt by the anti-capitalist (environmentalist and animal rights thugs) to stifle capitalism in these here United States. Which is making democracy in the United States of America a joke, nothing but a façade to fool lazy Americans. Further proof:

Sixty-one percent of California voters who voted, approved a ban on gay marriage. Then one judge (the ruling was 4 to 3) ruled that the ban was unconstitutional and threw out the results of the election where 61% of the voters approved of the ban. That one judge threw out the will of the people. Okay you can now laugh about the joke of democracy in the United States.

We need to vote out of office every person who currently hold elected office from dog catcher to Senator.

  • Banning gay marriage is a prohibition of certain freedoms, so, to you I say, hypocrite.

  • And to you I say, thank you.

  • Our state and federal constitutions are the supreme laws of the land. It is the role of the judiciary to determine whether laws are constitutional. Prop 22 was found to be unconstitutional. The court set forth the grounds in great detail in a 90 page opinion. In re Marriage Cases (2008) 43 Cal.4th 757. If courts did not serve this function, a majority could conceivably get together and vote into law all kinds of discriminatory mandates. The 3 branches serve as checks and balances on power.

  • Very well written and I concur. However the judiciary has expanded its role from determining the constutionality of a law to legislating from the bench, in effect eliminating the legislature in our three branches of government.

  • a majority of voters taking away the rights of minority groups is not Democracy, it's tyranny of the majority and in a democracy there always have to be safeguards against that.

  • Separation of church and state, it is something the US is supposed to have in place. Where is it? That is the excuse you hear all the time when it comes to people voting against "Gay" marriage, "It's against my religion, I don't believe in it". If you don't believe in it, then don't marry someone of the same sex. Stay out of others' lives, especially when it isn't affecting you. Religion has no place in deciding what is law.

  • When prop 8, that rotting corpse is finally given it burial, it will be a sad day

    fo bigotry in America.

  • do you watch your videos after you make them? just because that one judge is able to over throw 61% of the voters position, doesn't mean that he is a liberal and it doesn't mean that the united states is not a democracy...i don't believe the US is a democracy but not because of examples such as this. what it means is that there is a failure in the way the system works. thats all. the only reason it is such a big deal about same sex marriage is because the US was brought up on puritan beliefs

  • PRO gay marriage if gay marriage gets banned ill make sure you get banned

  • Mmm, I have to agree with you with the argument presented on the video. That's not the democratic way to do things.

And I totally agree with you in the polar bears argument, but I don't like the tone of the gay marriage argument.

Even in a democracy people should not dictate over other peoples personal life choices, just because they do not like them or is against their religion.

  • Im a bi-polar bear. Gay marriage is only wedge politics - ie pick a controverial topic such as abortion and divide the electorate. Then pick the the biggest half and gain office. This guy sounds like a sterotypical dumb American ( with a wog accent) . I dont like like that pick-folk. is that a reference to that famous American Gothic painting. Thank **** Obama won. Lets hope common sense reigns.

  • Protecting the planet you live on? Being concerned about deadly polution & global warming that effects every man, woman, child, animal, & plant on the Earth -- oh no!Scandalous! There's no reason why we can't have environmentally sound capitolism. The 2 CAN coexist. If we're all dead from cancer & melted ice caps, nobody's going to buy goods. Environmentalism is good for business.

Liberals AND conservatives weasle around the votes & get judges to change laws. It's not just one side.
