@musiclover5327 Not only that, but the left foot is dead neutral if you make a line from the the tibia to the bottom of the ankle... Which is essentially a locked up ankle joint. The right ankle is compensating for this by rotating outwards and collapsing more (relative to the right). I'd say suspected leg length difference with R > L

@MovGP0 funy thing is that i just started watching it yesterday right before the previous comment

@cinereyes watch "Running Analysis of Heel Strike versus Forefoot Strike (Same runner, 2 weeks apart)" first and then "Correcting Running Technique: Forefoot or Pose Running.m4v"
-
@theTBmovies quite the opposite. runners who heel strike are slow. but its possible to run slow and even walk with mid-food or forefood-strike too. if you would go barefoot you can hurt your heel and knee when heelstrike even when walking, because the forces are much bigger.

@MovGP0 wats the corect way?
-
@MovGP0 lol ofc heal strikes first, all runners do that in low speeds.... heal doesnt strike first only in sprint or fast running...
haha. Heel strike! bad running technique...
