The thing I don't get is that the videos in the old version of the preview were more expensive than the ones shown on the newer version that's shown on most Peanuts tapes now.

Why does the Coming Attractions bumper have the COMMUNICATIONS byline, but the Feature Presentation bumper have the VIACOM byline?

@asaloverboy7 I think that's because it was an older version of the peanuts preview. Paramount Studios probably thought the announcer wasn't good enough.
