some good advice, i'm unemployed and have been looking for employment for over 12 months. i was doing a traineeship but was fired when i asked where the training was without notice. so it put me back to step 1, no experience and as Austporn333 said, you need experience to get a job but alot of companies are not looking to train people. im physically fit and strong, yet i cant even get a call back from over 400 jobs that i have applied for. i am getting desperate, any help would be awesome.

Yer mate thats a very good view. However the reality is there is not much oportunity out there. and nockback after nockback is not good for ones state of mind, You need experience to get a job, how you get that experience is just absolutely beyond me! ive been trying for a change of career for 15 years, ive been looking for a truck drivers job for one year. The only chance ive got is to go to the USA and train as a truck driver. If i get a go overseas do you think ill come back to Aus?

i didn't like my present job right now.. i think you are right i feel that i am not that productive but what should i do its hard to find new job.. please post your reply here i am reading and watching all your stuff

Hi anthony
It can be hard to find a new job, but here is the truth: every achievement in our lives is 'hard'! If it's not hard, then it's not an achievement. For example, is winning $10 million in lotto an achievement? NO! So, start to do the hard work, and you will feel fantastic when you succees in finding a job where you can be passionate.
