after the first wave is gone go to nother desurted district and do the same thing, this takes about 10min-15min than power leveling which will take 30 min.

its not to most common way ppl do it,u dont need to power level in factions,thers an even easyer way in Proph,just after u get to conelute docks go to Lion's Arch, then to to the SeaBorad,which is the next town over then go to a deserted dist with no ppl in the district,then u just stand right next to the Gate and wait for the first wave of monsters on the other side to be killed,and vual-la Free experiance
