After a lengthy search, we found a worthy candidate for the Expert Overhaul tucked back in the deep recesses of a barn just outside Portland, Oregon. The frame was straight, no visible corrosion and with a blast of a little starting fluid down the 4 barrel carb, the old 345 roared to life.   • people wanted more creater comforts then raw power and if uv ride in a scout every day not that many
