This Legislative Town Hall contains powerful testimony from people with disabilities who have struggled to maintain their independence in the midst of severe 2011 California budget cuts which threatens to destroy the community support system they rely on. Hear heart wrenching stories from people who have suffered from the lack of appropriate healthcare and other services, yet at the same time express their desire and ability to work and participate fully as contributing members of society.
thats because the USA is bankrupt from neighbours suing neighbours and tripping over pavements etc

Thank you to these incredible human beings who with courage, persistance and love, manage to live meaningfully and contribute to our communitie! I know Avis Gray personally from our CP Center yoga class! She is awesome! Don;'t feel sorry...ORGANIZE!! Tax the RICH! Don't cut services for the most needy!!

This is awful! The measure of a society is how they treat children, elders and disabled! What happened to California? The people featured in the video are heroes . They are speaking out for Justice.
Justice demands to stop these cuts and find money somewhere else, like delaying the groundbreaking of a new death row at San Quentin (687 million) or tax oil companies for taking oil out of California's soil - just like Sarah Palin did in Alaska
