@kamretnas Well you should talk to all my friends on my college team, because we would imitate Connors in practice and exaggerate how ugly his form was. Actually, I take back the footwork comment...it was good, just goofy looking...especially on his backhand approach. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and you like ugly people.

@junghoonsurvey Ugliest strokes of all time??? I have been watching tennis for over 30 years and have never heard anyone say that before. His footwork was terrible??? Most world-class tennis experts will tell you that Connors, together with Borg, had the best footwork back in those days. His footwork was exceptionally good.

Connors could have had the ugliest looking ground strokes of all time. His footwork is terrible, especially when compared to Agassi's. It's a freak of nature that Connors was as good as he was.
