part 2 of how to make a stovetop espresso..part one shows up to putting the pot on the stove.here in part 2 i show the coffee being forced through the pot to create the perfect cup of very strong coffee.when completed let the coffee pot rest on a cold surface for 10-20 seconds and then pour slowly from a few inches above the cup for the perfect flavour.add sugar if required.demerera or sugar crystals work well...one last point... try to use filtered water for the best possible taste..this concludes my stovetop espresso demo..hope you enjoy your coffee
By the way, I bought a really nice one with a see through lid from Debenhams for £12. Then a week later they had them on sale at ASDA (Wallmart) reduced from £6 to £4. I kid you not.

what if you have an electric stove?

@TinyPooji1989 sadly, no. you can get close, but the process doesn't put the coffee through enough pressure. either way, it makes very strong coffee.

@TinyPooji1989 Yes, if you use lots of coffee and not much water, you will get very strong coffee.
