In our behalf we told the BBB what we tried to do to assist our customer & they in turn said that we indeed had tried to solve this customers issue & we won. It really came down to us not wanting to give back money to someone who had used our product for sometime & then would not send the product back but wanted money. Thanks & we will say no more.
