From Oct 31st to Nov 4th, the Indian government orchestrated the genocide of over 39,000 Sikhs across India and left more than 50,000 Sikhs homeless.

Sikh men were stopped in the street, doused in kerosene and set on fire.

Women were raped and killed

In desperation many mothers tried to disguise their sons as young females to save them from the savagery of the government organized mobs.
