man, whoever the guy was who said "you know what we could do to cut costs? we could put a toothpick between the rear wheels. no one will ever notice" should be fined the cost of all of the axle swaps done by us jeep owners.

haha, yeah, i failed the jeep world with this. Well actually, i think i just passed on the fail from DC engineering to the world. consider me a middle man.

Check this out....92 Wrangler that never off roads was on the freeway when Jessica felt a vibration in the left rear axle. 5 seconds later the axle broke right at the bearing and the wheel came off. She did some 180's and ended up on the side of the freeway. The wheel bearing failed and heated up the axle. Chrysler designers....get stuffed!

almost every dana 35 failure I have seen is from axle hop with 33's or above.
