Their customer service is wonderful. If you click on their 'live support offline' you get a box to send an email - I sent an email and received a reply in a few hours.
I was having trouble setting up an account. They offered to call me and set it up for me, which they did promptly.
Maybe they said you were unprofessional and childish because you portrayed such.

The picture on the web site doesn't do the palette justice. It looks so much prettier in the video.
