  • I finally bought my palette. They have an additional 10% off on top of the 25%; the code is spring2009. You will need to sign up as a member but that's free. Hope this helps :)

  • Their customer service is wonderful. If you click on their 'live support offline' you get a box to send an email - I sent an email and received a reply in a few hours.

    I was having trouble setting up an account. They offered to call me and set it up for me, which they did promptly.

    Maybe they said you were unprofessional and childish because you portrayed such.

  • I'm sorry you feel that way, but I've had nothing but excellent customer service from them.
