Judge Napolitano tells us the truth and how the people are being exploited.

Those specifics he gives at :53 ... those rights are reserved to the states, no? The roads (bridges) are provided for in the Constitution, but schools and hospitals are left to the states are they not? My understanding of the general welfare, is that the federal govt can appropriate money for the enumerated clauses in Article 1, Section 8.
Can someone enlighten me? I am not trying to pick a fight with this comment.

No wonder he is the Judge... because he is good.

You knew he lied about bin Laden and Harken. And his Texas National Guard cocain use. And his Poppie & JFK assassination. You also knew what he did in Iraq & in Florida and with Enron. And you people voted him in TWICE. You know what you did. You're ashamed now & want to save face. I get it.

well there you go. congratulations. you've just assumed i personally voted for Bush without even knowing if i really did or not. now THERE'S an argument.
-
If you know what it is then why in the hell did you vote for George Bush?

I for one am already fearful for my job, & I am now being required to pay for bailing out corporations. Then corporations turn around and hire foreigners. And the hard-earned money people pay as interest on credit cards, as the credit companies likewise outsource jobs. This mess is spreading its wreckage & anxiety thu our land IS THE RESULT OF CONSERVATIVE & LIBERTARIAN RULES.
A deregulated free market doesn't work. Frat Boy Bush was such a tool.
The Bush administration is UNCONSTITUTIONAL...
