outside of backyard setups, when would you be able to use these on the ice? i think the idea is cool, but the practical reality is that there are few rinks that would even cater to the market. And wouldn't the division of the front and back ends of the blades cause less support and distribution of power for forward/backward strides? Crank down hard enough won't the two just split? Again, I like the idea (and props for making the prototype) but eh diff strokes for diff folks.

@trujoe3 It's only an idea of what can be done if we're creative in sport. I haven't followed through with this skate.
