as for me - the authentic song by visage (1981) was made much better then the remix. as use to be. especially when one recalls the non-so-long-ago period of the past

Just to clear the air, I had no intention of "sounding" like a french woman while speaking the lyrics to this song (LOL, I would *never* be able to acquire the beautiful french accent of the original female singer) I am 100% Texan with a strong southern drawl...took two years of french in school and was only speaking french with my own southern accent. I didn't want to "pretend" to be someone I am not. I don't think The French would try to speak English with a southern accent or drawl. LOL
