@themack355 You know what I like about it--his voice, I mean? It has a (for lack of a better word) living texture to it. I mean, it doesn't sound sanded-down and perfected like the voices you hear on the radio. It's not just about roughness--plenty of rock screamers have that artificial quality to them, too. Not sure I'm explaining myself well, but I think you know what I mean....
