I personally think that coffee is best from day 3-15 after roasting not on the second day after roasting.

I just ordered the Bodum Columbia "8 cup" French press...hasn't arrived yet, but looking forward to trying it out. Trying to get my wife to move from drip coffee making to the French press...I've heard so much positive about the French press. I use my Rancilio Rocky and Silvia for latte making...would love to upgrade. Thanks for the nice video!
