Have a little patience...

Have you ever had those times where you just want to burst out and show jump all the big stuff, compete at decent level dressage, carve up the cross country course, but just didn't have the means to get there?
Well I am having a bit of a time like that at the moment. I don't have my own horse, I can't really afford to ride more, which in turn is affecting my confidence with my riding and making me ride crap. ARGH.
I was feeling a bit sorry for myself, and put this video together just playing around with some old clips, as well as a few recent ones, and thought I may as well upload it because I haven't had a viddy up in a while. The whole point of this one really was to tell myself to get over it, things will get better before I know it and stop being in such a rush to do this and do that with my riding because it will happen eventually - If I have a little patience! :)

Looking good baby girl, keep up the good work, good on you for telling yourself to get over the annoying slow times with your riding, you will be competing and doing all the fun stuff before you know it! What you're doing now is putting in the hard yards, and as crap as it can feel when you aren't riding all the time and noticing an improvement, you will look back and be proud of yourself for pushing through it!

You have improved loads, and look amazing compared to 6 months ago! Well done girl!!

@hanoverianrider Thanks so much Nicky! Yeah I totally agree with you, it's not always strawberries and cream, but if you wanna get any good you have to go through all the hard stuff to get there huh! Yeah I have been watching all my old videos and then comparing them to the newer ones and starting to see a bit of a change which is really good... who knows what the next 6 months will hold! :) xoxoxo

This is amazing. I love how you put in even the times where it wasnt going so well. I'm having the same problem and this video helped. I have no horse and it is the winter months so I can't ride b/c we don't have an indoor arena. And you know what... I need to have patience. Wait until warmer days. Wait until I can afford a horse. But until then I have to have patience. ~Thanks~
