I'm using cs5. I've already created the title but I don't seem to have a timeline? how can I see the time lione so I can hold and drag th etiltle to the timeline? please reply soon thank you.

why is titleing so inconvenient in premeire? check out the pro type titler tool in sony vegas...

The guide boxes at 3:00 are 'safe frames' and anything important (like text) should stay in these bounds (best practice).
This is because depending on what medium you watch your video on (different TVs, etc), the edges can be cut off and ruin the production. These safe frames are used for film and television applications.
