You're right bondboy she DOES have people talking about the senate seat. Everyone is talking about how someone as shady as her, with her lack of experience and family ties, could possibly be considering a senate seat. Its like she just woke up one day and was like, "Wow, I think I'll run for senate" People are confused and concerned that some rich brat is getting into politics because of her family. Tried that in the past......with very bad results.

"Yes it would be nice to see an ordinary citizen take a senate seat" JEEZUZ christ why the fuck would anyone want some average "Hackey mam"/spoiled rich done nothing in her life, no qualification person to be in a position of power? You want the bet of the best to be in power, not just some person. Being in the senate isn't just some place for any ordinary person. These people are running your country for gods sake!

Ms. Kennedy has NEVER held a regular job....RARELY voted in general elections...NEVER held a public office...donated lesss than .03% of her net worth to political causes... most recently to Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign. (curious?) Besides attending gallery gallas and garden parties she has intentionally remained out of the public purview. ("I'll have to work twice as hard"...whine). She might start by taking a public speaking course. Even Joe The Plumber has her beat on that score.

She does not need the money, she cares about the country's future. She is bright and articulate. She has everyone talking about the New York senate seat.  If it was not for her, no one would be talking about that seat.

Caroline was born in NY, lived in Washington (at the White house) and moved back to NY and has lived there for the most part since 1964 to the present.

again...the U.S. Senate is NOT a MONARCHY! Get an actual New Yorker who actually lives in the state they are representing! The thing I respect about Obama is that he wasn't part of this Kennedy, Clinton monarchy/legacies..get new blood into government!

Caroline Kennedy is intelligent, worldly, a constitutional lawyer, an author and has done a lot of work in public service. Especialy in the field of education. Were as her name doesn't reflect her personal accomplishments it does draw money and attention which is a plus for a Senator of NY to get things accomplished.
