Yes nitroshylocknitro, it's true that his violin's too large for him. As for what hornynuri is talking about, I think one obvious "problem with technique" is the part with the fast runs (like 00:96 - 01:05) where he fakes the hard notes and also rushes. Yes, probably the oversized violin is part of the problem.
However, why are you criticizing hornynuri's comment? There are, as a matter of fact, quite a few technical deficiencies in the playing that any musician would be able to hear..
