Dearborn (Mich.) High graduate Robin Greenwood talks about her experiences with bullying in school at a briefing for the Safe Schools Improvement Act on June 28 at the Rayburn House Office Building in Washington D.C. Greenwood believes the national Safe Schools bill, which will protect all students from bullying and harassment, would have made her school safer. Nearly 30 national organizations, including the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network (GLSEN), the National Education Association (NEA) and the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP), are part of the National Safe Schools Partnership that support the bill.
