to stop all this gang shit the thing you gotta do is invest money into policing and the community CCTV cameras MASSIVE police presence, litterally pulling over any one who fits a certain image searching them. doing research threw the internet on gangs and there rap videos or movements/beef undercover operations, constant surveilance. that will get rid of drugs in that area and violence. if it aint there theres no gangs. i know its extreme but it can be done if time and effort is put in TRUST ME
