So without a doubt some Canadians will sound like Americans but that's mostly out west, another one I failed to mention is st-pierre et miquelon, a small pair of islands right off the coast of newfoundland that is actually french soil, Canadians need passports and a currency exchange they have a norman accent, and although they aren't canadians, by proxy they sort of are.

  • You say "you know" far far too much in this video. I can't tell if it's like a nervous thing you do or are you doing it jokingly?

  • @nanewnanew trying to avoid saying the stereotypical "eh" its something I do all to often but most Canadians don't, so I felt I'd only be perpetuating a false stereotype. but thanks for the comment and for pointing it out.

  • the reason us canadians say eh, is because we as canadians don't feel we need to be definitive on anything so we allow the other person to finalize things.

  • French citizens in St. Pierre/Miquelon are not 'sort of Canadians' by-proxy. How fucking stupid. And you forgot that most of Ontario sounds like the Californians.

  • Ton anglais est tellement BON.

  • Canadian dainty is like An English accent

  • @Actor99 You guys are so nice.

  • @Counterbrilliance never said we don't have an accent, about comes from the scottish who mainly settled nova scotia after the french left, and the toronto accent and wherever else in southern ontario comes from british loyalists during the american revolution, so thats pretty much why we sound like northern americans, and every canadian says eh, that come from the french

  • @TheKolber9 Guelph is not rural or any way associated with "farming" perhaps you're thinking of Fergus, it is just a small city and very much a College town with a predominately upper class demographic. Every Canadian says ''aboot'' to some extent even if they realize it or not, and you can't tell me we don't say ''Eh'' either, because we definitely do. Get the fuck out of denial or cross the river over to USA if you can't accept the truth that we do indeed have a fucking accent.

  • @Counterbrilliance thats wrong u fucking moron, if u barely have been to toronto then how can u say that, ur from farming city, guelph smells like cow shit, i know cus i went to university there, i never say about, and never here it in toronto, ppl say aboot in nova scotia

  • 2:53 "I've actually met a couple of new???" what's he sayin ? I really can't understand what he's sayin right there :/
