Razor PR200 @36volts 7ah battery set up

Bike cam mostly uphill rideing for 1.5miles holding 18-25mph

bike info:

1) Bike - Razor*PR200 "PocketRocket" brand pocket bike
2) wheel size - 3.5"x4"x10" @45psi (10psi over rating)
3) battery system - 36v7amp hour battery
4) Controller - 36v46amp or stock 24v35amp one will do
5) Motor - stock 200watt motor
OverVolted to 36v makes it nearly a 400watt motor pushing 4000rpms and can peak at over 1.2 hp on hard starts(1000watt surge's)

6) Curb weight after the mod - 50pounds

7) Top speed 30mph
8) Avg. speed 26mph
9) Ride time 30min
10) Distance 5 to 7miles

Mod details: Gutted PR200(rewired it and redid the wheel beerings to high speed spec BB's) and mounted the new battery pack in 1/4 turned (from how the stock battery was placed) direction with a bit of cardbord under it to take some shock away from the batteries on rough roads/tracks and palths. for the most part you can use the stock controller but you should use a controller rated for the voltage your using or you will just need to buy one later anyways when the stock one finaly burns up.
NOTE: for safety reasion, solder all conections(wire to wire, wire to terminals ext....)(dont just twist wires together and tape them together, this will couse a fire)

Tools needed:
1) Soldering Iron(30-40watt)
2) ample amounts of Electical solder
3) duct tape (Garilla brand is the best)
(used to hold the new battery pack in)
4) electrical tape(you may not need it)

by the way that speedometer, displaying how fast he is going, its called a Bicycle Computer, you can go on wal martr some place selling bike accessories.

Amazon - Schwinn. Dirt cheap, I put mine on in September for my modified Razor pocketbike and it works AWESOME! Same on Exon has, its great! Time, trip log, GET ONE :D
