Clive Boustred tells you do NOT enter a Plea.Demand a verified Complaint. Courts & Attorneys will try to trick you to enter a plea.

Do NOT Plead, and appear by Special Appearance, until judge
says, your in a Constitutional Court, so you can HOLD him to
his OATH which is to the U.S. Constitution, not the Court rules, policy, or CPS policies.

  • He'd make a great comedian...great info.

  • I surrendered my Driver's Lisence last week voluntarily. The DMV lady asked why, and I said it was Personal. You don't need a driver's Lisence to TRAVEL. So basically, I refuse to sit in the Back of the Government Bus. STAND UP and get them LAWFULLY.

  • @Airportris My scenarios involve actions that have a high probability of causing harm. So does drunk driving. That is why they are against the law. In your fucked up world, the police have to wait for the damage to be done before acting. Why? The cop has to watch a drunk driver swerving all over the road, but can't do anything until he hits someone or something? No, I don't believe that fuckwit is a word. But it describes you perfectly.

  • @mapache11 Fuckwit? Is that even a word? and for your information I do believe in prevention of accidents and death, however it seems that tickets do not work and they are only a source of income for the government and employs a fair amount of people in the process. When someone is drunk and causes an accident, then you charge them with drinking and driving and you make damn sure their penalty holds them accountable for their actions and consequences of their actions.

  • @mapache11 lol well now your just gonna go off the wall with an un-logical scenario that does not even relate. and again by blowing up a bomb in a city park and shooting a gun off would damage the city, the city which is owned by the people who pay taxes. So there for you would be committing a crime against the people and would be prosecuted for damages to city property. So any other un-logical scenario you would like to pass my way?

  • @Airportris Speeding and drunk driving are the main causes of traffic accidents. Why are you against the prevention of accidents, injuries and death? By your logic I could make a bomb, and blow it up in a city park, or take a gun downtown and randomly fire off a few rounds either. "Well, unless the bullets hit someone, or damage someone's property, I haven't broken any law."

    Fuckwit.

  • @mapache11 LOL so basically what your saying not is that speeding could create a victim so its a crime? as well as drinking and driving? So your admitting that its pre-crime? which of course everyone knows does not exist because every law suit must have a valid cause of action, DO YOU KNOW what a valid cause of action is? So again please tell me who is filing the valid cause of action in a speeding or drinking and driving cases? who is alleging damage or personal injury ? broken contract?

  • @Airportris " so then why should you be fined for speeding? there is no victim yet... just like if you drink and get drunk.... there is no victim.. however depending on your actions you can create a victim. Just like you can create a victim speeding. but the speeding it self should not be punishable" Only a tool believes that it is okay to drive any way that you like because there has to be a victim in order to have a crime.

  • @mapache11 I guess my "stupidity" is beyond you because last time I checked one of the founding principles of Law is Corpus Delecti, Which means body of crime, which is a common law requirement for any lawsuit of any kind to be brought forth unless of course your in the military? Please distinguish Law from Act and Statute, because there is a big difference. Who said to get rid of traffic lights and stop signs? now your just being sillly, what does that have to do with a court case? Stupidity? lol

  • @Airportris why should the police have to wait for someone to be killed or injured to enforce a law?

Let's just get rid of traffic lights and stop signs too.

I tried to find a word to adequately describe the stupidity you bring to the forum, but I couldn't.

  • @mapache11 No its not, you are basing the law of could of... in real law could of does not exist, there is either a criminal action, or there isn't, there are no in between's.

so then why should you be fined for speeding? there is no victim yet... just like if you drink and get drunk.... there is no victim.. however depending on your actions you can create a victim. Just like you can create a victim speeding. but the speeding it self should not be punishable.. Remember Slavery is a mind state.

  • @Airportris ..pretty much everything, even food, is potentially lethal, so your point is ridiculous. There are fines and jail time for abusing or being irresponsible with many things, including alcohol. If I drink responsibly, then my chance of endangering anyone is minimal. If I abuse it, the chance increases. If I drive my car responsibly the chance that I endanger anyone is minimal. If I speed, the chance increases. So, no, I should not be fined for drinking.
