PLEASE HELP!!!! *READ DESCRIPTION*

PLEASE HELP!!! my computer is going SPAZZO

STORY: I was playing counter-strike:source when suddenly it went spazzo (first part of video)...so i restart the computer....(second part of video) during that time it gets past the windows loading screen then just black then it pops up with a picture of where it froze during css (WTF) so i press and hold in power button (where i move the camera down to case) holding holding holding and nothing is happening then it turns off the when i let go of button it turns straight back on! (when u hear big ROAR from comp) soo....yea WTF!! PLEASE HELP!!!! (also the comp is not usually that loud)

PLEASE COMMENT WITH ANY SUGGESTIONS!!!

@RedBird1997 Did it from another comp in the house. And its fixed now...new graphics card was needed.
