David De Rothschild appears to be slicker than a lot of the liars in the conspiracy. Where as they get someone confronting them on something, they either start to look pissed off or try to smile and be arrogant whilst either ignoring them and walking away, or if at a conference the lackeys will carry them off. This guy instead keeps his cool and trys to make out he is a nice guy and is totally well-meaning and innocent.
