The only reason they admitted anything was going on is because it's so obvious, but I guarantee.. this project is far more sinister than simply weather modification.

I once saw a plane and it was emitting two trails, one dissapeared in about 20 seconds and the other stayed there for 4 hours(untill dark) and spread out.
