Thank you Paul!!
Great video.
I'm in blue level of your website but I study this video every day for memorizing these irregular verbs.
But I can't hear the pronunciation of the simple past of the verb fly in the minute 1:34, because of the airplane's sound.
Please, May you improve that part?
Thank you again.
I've learned english much with you.

Hey! Thanks for helping me with my students. Never mind about lead-led-led. That actually made us discuss this verb. It was good.

@learnamericanenglish thanks for uploading this video !!!

@learnamericanenglish How about ''lie'', when it has two meaning:1. Lie is an intransitive verb (one that does not take an object), meaning "to recline." Its principal parts are lie (base form), lay (past tense), lain (past participal), and lying (present participle).
2.[Lie meaning "to tell an untruth" uses lied for both the past tense and past participle, with lying as the present participle.]

To be honest, it's basic englsih but very much useful for the students of ESL. I think, I should have watched your all videos to improve my englsih. Now, I am regularly watching all your's videos. I felt that they are really beneficial to me and my kids. Hope, such good teachers and access to internet, may change this world very quickly. Looking forward for more videos from learnamericanenglish team. I can't thank you enough. May God bless you and your family members. My regrads to you.

SIR Great video.
Hey! Wonderful video. Whenever you correct lead-lead-lead to lead-led-led, I think it would be good to also change lie-lied-lied (a regular verb - mentir) to lie-lay-lain (acostarse or s'allonger). Also in American English "forgot" is an acceptable past participle.

Yes, you're right about "lead" and "lie." "Lie" is such a troublesome verb for Americans--everyone gets that one wrong. I forgot about "lie-lay-lain" when I was putting this together. As for "forget," most people use "forgotten" in the U.S. Some do use "forgot" but sometimes that sounds strange. Thanks for the useful comment.

Thanks Omilzomil! Irregular verbs like "lead" are often misspelled. I'll have to make a new video sometime with the correction.
