Does your child doodle at school? New research shows kids who like to draw in their notebooks are often creative thinkers and may even retain information better. Dr. Kate Eshleman is a child psychologist at Cleveland Clinic Children's Hospital. British researchers say doodlers may remember more and be able to retain tedious information from meetings or lectures. Dr. Eshleman says doodling should not be confused with day dreaming and is usually harmless.
