Changeable weather doesn't mean that you have to banish yourself indoors all winter long. In this video we show you the right clothes to train in whatever the weather:

- Head -- Use a buff to keep your head, ears and neck warm
- Feet -- Trail runners work well in winter as they have better grips for wetter, muddy conditions
- Socks -- Choose socks made from wicking material, avoid cotton.
- Hands -- Breathable, waterproof and quick drying gloves are ideal
- Rain Gear -- Wind and water proof jackets are great preferably with a hood and a long panel at the back to keep you dry
- Base layer -- Top and bottom base layers made from wicking material take the moisture from your body to keep you dry
- All clothes courtesy of Basecamp Ireland on Middle Abbey Street
