Easy tutorial on how to make your own personalized, custom MGM Metro Goldwyn Mayer intro in Full HD.

Software needed:
Adobe After Effects CS4 or newer (CS4, CS5, CS5.5)
Blender from http://www.blender.org/
Microsoft Office Power Point (version Office 97 or newer)

1.) Unzip the downloaded zip folder
2) Install the font file
3.) Open Power Point
4.) Change you title
5.) Right click border and click „Save as Picture..."
6.) Save it in your projects folder
7.) Open „Subtitle.blend" in Blender
8.) Press TAB and edit your title, press TAB again
9.) Click Animation
10.) Open MGM.aep in After Effects
11.) Click Composition, Add to render queue
12.) Click Lossless and change it from AVI to H.264
13.) Click Render

  • I'm getting OpenOffice which can handle powerpoint files

  • @PurpleMetaKnight2000 i'm not sure if you can export the text as a PNG picture form there. Tell me if it works.

  • @bodaboda12 Well, you should'nt change the output format. Leave it at PNG. Anything else won't work as good.

  • @Ballyweg i did export but when i open after it does not show me, its just showin me rainbow, nd plus i didnt use png 1, i dont have that, but i used other to save it.

  • @bodaboda12 It might, if you can export the title as a picture.
