@FukqU the rule was changed, but not because of that call.

@FukqU I thought it was 1984 when the NCAA made the rule change for pass interference from the NFL rule to 15 yards from the previous line of scrimmage or a spot foul if it is less than 15 yards from the line of scrimmage.

Harry O. pased away from cancer about a year ago. RIP Harry Oliver.

A questionable pi called gave ND a spot foul to set up this long FG, the next year the NCAA made pi calls a 15 yard penalty, all because of that pi call.

Even though I'm a Michigan fan, nothing's funnier than when Bob Ufer is calling a game ending play in which Michigan loses. He's the biggest homer ever... I love it!
