very uninformative. could you actually do a tire as an example so i can calculate the number of tires this machine can do in an hour? a man can do 1 tire in 4 minutes or about 15 an hour so if this machine beats that i am interested.

How many sucking sounds do you make in a day?

If you hire a laborer at $6 per tire . . . and he can make three tires per hour . . . after 58 hours you'll have 174 tires for $1044 or 870 tires for $5220.
Five thousand bucks for the shell of your home (not including the southern window face).
How much is your machine going to cost to rent (because purchasing such equipment is unnecessary for the average earthship builder)?

I don't see the machines running. Got another video?

be nice to see it work

Hey I have found huge tractor tyres are just as quick to ram as 4x4 tyres which I have been using. I find small car tyres to be the most frustrating and time consuming. The tractor tyres ironically seem to lay out a wall length faster...Yep I want all tractor tyres...

Send-me your email and i will give you the solution for your dilemma!

@TirewallCorp Gotta have friends and party atmosphere. Def not possible with machines whirring and makin widows. Drunk driving to er is not cool.

May be me being picky, but this doesn't appear to fully inflate the tires the way the manual method does. This could be due to operator skill/error/lack of practice, etc., but also due to you using a smaller tire for demo (maybe?). I'm sure we can accept that all the bugs may not be out on something this new.
Please also identify what tire sizes you are packing, as it will help with the visual estimate of what it should look like when compared to a standard Earthship manual tire packing?

It is difficult to believe that this system will be as effective with the final product, the way that it is being shown in these videos.
Is it possible for you to get some help? For example, a camera operator, for starters, so that the entire process of building a tirewall with this equipment could be shown, without stopping, and then narration afterward to add a voiceover for explaining what is happening, would go a long way toward improving your video credibility.
My main question: Do these machines run on petroleum or other suchlike fossil fuels?

@AcidProblemChild Yes, I am using a 20 hp Honda to power the hydraulic system. Sorry. I plan to switch to an 8 hp electric motor. Eventually, an electrical panels can be set up Earthship building sites to plug in the electric motor. Even if the electricity doesn't come from a renewable source, an electric motor powered hydraulic system has a smaller carbon footprint than the 20 HP Honda or 10 guys building the house manually.

or i could keep it simple, and use a big hammer... or lug that thing around... hummmm

@BZEnodata "Use a big hammer..." hasn't been able to mass produce Earthships because it's too hard and too slow. One guy + a Tire Spreader + a Tire Tamper + support shelving on wheels with and electric winch + fill material + 700 tires + 58 hours + $49 worth of electricity (I plan to switch to an electric motor to power the hydraulic system) = ONE EARTHSHIP ..... Can one guy with a big hammer really build and Earthship in 58 hours?
